Urable Review: Shop and Field Booking, From the Pro Plan Up
Urable can run a bay and a van, but the parts that do it start on its $120 Pro plan: customers book in-shop or in-field jobs there, in-field fees apply to the mobile ones, and booking respects in-shop, in-field and overall thresholds. The $70 Express plan already includes one-click route optimization and the apps, two-way texting costs $35 a month more below Enterprise, and its site states no pickup notice.
64.0 / 100, ranked #3 of 6. Mobile Service Sync scores 100.0. Best for: A detail, PPF, tint or wrap shop with several staff, since every plan has unlimited users.

Urable in the Bay and on the Road
Urable's shop side lives on Pro, at $120 a month. That plan adds online booking where customers book in-shop or in-field jobs, applies in-field fees to the mobile ones, and lets the shop set booking thresholds for in-shop, in-field and overall jobs. Drop-off times are scheduled, but Urable's pages do not mention telling the customer the car is ready.
The van is served from the first plan. One-click route optimization and the iOS and Android apps are on the $70 Express plan, and a review request goes out 24 hours after a job is completed. Its pages say nothing about working without signal.
Vehicle details come from a CARFAX VIN decode on Pro and above, with a VIN scan on every plan; its pages describe no plate lookup. Inventory is one on-hand count per product rather than per van, two-way texting is $35 a month on Express and Pro, and a 3D visualizer is a $150 a month add-on.
Every plan includes unlimited users, but each business location needs its own subscription. Urable publishes its prices, lets you cancel anytime and runs its trial without a card.
