Mobile Tech RX Review: Estimates First, Booking Not Yet

Mobile Tech RX is estimating and invoicing software for reconditioning work, and for a shop-and-mobile detailer its biggest gap is that customers cannot book themselves online yet. With no online booking there is no drop-off or mobile choice and no bay limit to score, its site says it needs an internet connection, and its entry plan sends outbound text alerts, 50 a month, rather than two-way texts.

Mobile Tech RX in the Bay and on the Road

Mobile Tech RX says customer self-booking is not offered yet. For a shop-and-mobile detailer that removes the front door: there is no booking page to choose drop-off or mobile on, and no online booking for a bay count to limit. Its site does not mention drop-off or pickup either.

In the field, the app runs on iPhone, iPad and Android, a VIN scan fills in the vehicle with no plate lookup, and an automated review text follows the service. Its support page says it needs an internet connection, and no routing or map is stated.
